Please contact for customizable pieces, any missing or damaged items. No returns after 10 days after purchase and you are responsible for return shipping. You have 30 days from purchase for exchanges.  We do not issue refunds on orders, Store Credit ONLY! Vouchers are issued for the website. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and handling. DISCLAIMER-Shipping is non refundable. We are not responsible for orders or delays once order has shipped.
